I applied for a job with Larimer County and it was the hardest interview process I had ever gone through! I was very proud of myself after all was said and done though. There was a panel of 5 people at a table and each person in round robin style asked me complex work related question particularly directed to their department - about 20 in total. I also went through three rounds of interviews. Simply because I researched the department thoroughly prior to each interview was I able to answer the questions to well. I even googled them and read any and all newspaper articles on them I could find. I performed informational interviews of employees at the job. as a result, I was able to speak the lingo and talk about things I heard may be coming up and things they tried before. Even though it was hard it was a great experience and I got the job!
